Ananya founded Nivaas Studio to make residential design more personal, rigorous and transparent. She leads the creative direction of every project, translating daily rituals into strong spatial ideas and ensuring the final home feels considered without feeling over-designed.

Rohan leads planning and technical design, moving projects from early diagrams into precise, buildable interiors. His strength is seeing how one small move—a shifted doorway, a longer axis or a concealed storage wall—can transform the way an entire home works.

Meera connects design intent with delivery. She coordinates teams, vendors, schedules and client decisions so that the studio can protect quality without creating chaos. Her work gives every project one clear rhythm from approvals to installation.
